The Coastal Cabana

Very nice property. About a 10 minute drive to Aransas Pass and 10 minutes to Rockport Beach. There is traffic noise from the busy road. We were there for 5 weeks and Kelly was very responsive to the few issues we had.

This cottage was the perfect landing spot for me, my husband, and our dog for a long weekend. The bed is very comfortable, the space was clean, and there's coffee and bbq within walking distance... We drove to a different beach every day and were always able to find good seafood to-go in Rockport on our way back. Just remember to bring the bug spray!

We had a nice stay! Very clean, house was kept cool. Community was nice and the pool was nice. Very close to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

This place was definitely a good stay. The pool is right across from the cabana and an easy 10-15 min drive to downtown Rockport. The cabana is very basic, no frills. Its clean enough. Be sure to bring bug spray! Its only 4 stars because the furniture is very well loved and could use some updating. More of a studio than 1BR, but a standard pack-n-play fits in the closet nicely.

Only thing that would make this place better is washer dryer. But still give it a 5 . I had a good time here and will return for sure.

We enjoyed our stay in the little cottage. It was very clean and comfortable.We especially liked that we could bring our pets. The park was quiet and nicely kept. The AC air hits directly on the couch which makes watching TV pretty chilly! All in all, great place to stay for a few days while visiting our grandchildren in Rockport.

We ended up having to stay here with our 15-month-old baby for a whole month while waiting to close on our house. It wouldve been great for a couple or a weekend getaway but it was a little small for our family for a whole month.That being said it was still a nice and welcoming place!

The cabin was great! It was clean and check in was easy. You cant beat it for the price.

We stayed here about 5 weeks, its a cute little cottage really close to town, beach, pretty much everything Rockport has to offer.

The cottage was clean, had everything we needed and just right for 2 people. Location was convenient. Kelly checked in on us before, during and our last day. We would stay here again.

Had a wonderful time. Overall rating was great. Cabin #4 was the perfect size in a great location. We definitely will stay here when we are back in the area.

Exceed expectations!

This Tiny Home was the perfect size for us and our dog! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, the swimming pool was refreshing, and we had access to a grill. The house was far enough away from the city traffic, but also close to stores, restaurants, and the pet-friendly beach area. Kelly was very attentive, checking in with us several times during our stay. We will book this place again!

Kelly is a great host! The cottage is very clean and the bed is confortable! I highly recommend her place.

Super cute and cozy! Good response time from owners! We had issues with wifi not working but someone was out within the hour! (I had to do a little bit of work on my vacay). The little houses are a little closer than I expected but other than that- cute place, perfect for a couples getaway!
