Kelly was very prompt in responding to our questions. Neat little cottage, very quiet and perfect for a quick getaway to the coast for a single person or couple.

Cozy & cute cottage. Perfect for mom and 2 boys for a weekend getaway. Pool is across the street and local beach about 15 miles away. Mostly chains for food however a perfect option for a night or two if more than just 1 person.

Great parking, cute cabin cat comes around, the pool was super nice and quiet. Quiet at night and cabin stays cool. Netflix was available and clean towels! This was our second stay! Thanks again.

The cabin is new or appears to be. There wasnt a washer/dryer or on site so we did have to go to the laundry mat. The pool is open 24 hrs and wasnt crowded. The bed was rather small if you are a couple sleeping on it. This was a great cabin for the price. Very quiet.

This is the perfect family friendly place! An awesome little pool, friendly neighborhood, and absolutely adorable space! Me, my husband and our 3 children stayed here and we will be back!! Wonderful weekend get away!

We enjoyed being able to go to the pool every night. It is a studio cottage. The rooms arent closed off.

Kelly was a super host, got back to me very quickly when I had questions or needs. The location is great for fishing Covano Bay and convenient to town but less busy. The unit was very clean and worked out well as a fishing camp.

Perfect location for fisherman. Quiet, clean, comfortable...plenty of what you need at an almost unbeatable price. My puppers loved his first vacation as well. Open floor design is cute, bed slept fine. Ur just about 5 minutes from everything in Rockport here. Kelly was quick to respond, even though we booked the night before on a spring break weekend. Will definitely come back.

This cottage was in a neighborhood of cottages which were very tightly packed, which we didnt expect. Everything was perfectly fine except for the sofa bed. We could never get it unfolded, so one of us just slept on it as a couch. Parking could only fit one car (guest parking available though). The shower was accessible, small step to get in, no tub. Plenty of dishes to use. On the Fulton side of town. Concrete floors, easy to clean for dog or kid messes. No cleaning supplies available though except for dish soap.

This eas a comfortable place to stay. the parking is a little tight if your party brings more than 1 vehicle. The house was clean upon arrival and very hospitable. The beds were very comfortable. I look forward to visiting here again in the future.
