Nice place to stay

Cottage was super cute and very spacious. Only downfall is parking, I should have called and asked. We have a boat, parking was difficult. Cottage itself was great. Definitely worth the money.

A cute and extremely clean cottage in a friendly neighborhood!

This was a fantastic place for us! It's a tad far from Corpus Christi itself but the Rockport area was great to explore. The cottage was fairly spacious for three people. Overall we found it to be quiet and very clean, I'd highly recommend it.

Great Vacation Home!

We had an amazing stay at this cute little cottage. There's a good-sized patch of grass right next to it which is great especially if you have a dog. The pool is clean and refreshing, the ocean is a 5 minute walk away, just across the road. The host is very responsive and super nice. Rockport is cool and fun while also laid-back. Everything you need and more! 10/10, would come back.

Nice place! It was cozy and comfortable.

Despite the a/c being broken when we arrived, our stay was enjoyable. Kelly and Aaron were quick to send an a/c repairman over to try and fix it. They were prompt and offered an alternative cottage when the a/c could not be repaired that night. We ended up moving the next morning. Overall, we would rent again. The cottage was quaint and well situated close to downtown Rockport.

Very nice cottage. Comfy linens on beds & nice towels in bath. Stocked coffee bar was a bonus! Great full size kitchen. Dishwasher tabs provided but need to bring liquid soap for hand washing dishes and laundry soap if you want to take advantage of the washer and dryer. Salt & pepper provided. Good size for 2 couples or family of 4. We enjoyed several of the host recommended restaurants and they were yummy.

Location is 10-30mins away from the beach. Great family friendly location. The house itself is a little bare bones, but we had a great time!

Just okay. We were not wowed by anything in this stay. Came across a lot of issues and inconveniences really. We expected a lot more based on reviews and especially considering the cost. Ill start with the good. The good: - The pool was nice. Our daughter very much enjoyed it, as did we. - Nice neighbors. - quiet location. The not-so-good: - I am confused by the reviews saying great communication from the host as I did not have that great of communication from her. Twice before our stay I messaged her with very specific questions and she did not answer until I sent her second messages to nudge her. And I gave plenty of time for her to answer after the first message. - The host has a large number of listings so I could tell that the messages were automatic and were not personal at all. It felt more of like a property management company. - Need a full length mirror. - Dirty air vents and air filter. The air vents and filter were so dirty that there was dust caked on the bathroom wall where the air vent would blow. No telling what we breathed in the whole time we were there. - No hand soap in kitchen - No beach towels provided as host stated there would be. Only bath towels. - No beach accessories at all. In all other beach town Airbnbs Ive stayed in, the host provides beach accessories. This is probably the most expensive one we stayed in and there wasnt anything extra provided at all. - No extra blankets. Just the thin comforters in the beds. - Need printed guide and/or welcome book with suggestions for the area and basic info like WiFi. Ive never had to ask a host for WiFi info before but I did have to here. - Very small tv and it kept messing up. The picture would be offset and the audio would have a crackling noise. We had to turn it off and on multiple times to make it work properly. - Bathroom door handle was on the verge of falling off - No tissues. Absolutely nothing outside of the basics. - Hot house. Finicky AC thermostat because an automatic schedule was set so no matter what we set it on manually, it would adjust back to the schedule. - Nail heads sticking up on corners of coffee table. Safety hazard especially for kids. - Super tall stools for kitchen table. So uncomfortable & could not use them to eat at the table. Chairs didnt even push in all the way so they were always in the way. - Only 1 hand towel provided for a 5 night stay. At least 2 should be provided. - No bath mat provided. With not having many towels as it is, this was very inconvenient. - Conflicting check out instructions were given in the messages with what was provided in the listing.

The cottage was very nice, clean and had everything you need. My family and I enjoyed our stay and got to go swimming and explore the Rockport/Fulton area. We were also very close to restaurants, HEB, and the Rockport beach. Check-in/out was a breeze. I recommend this place and hope to stay again. Kelly is such a Great and Kind host. Thank you again for everything!

Great time Great place to stay.

Cozy cottage for a weekend get away. Cold air, fully equipped kitchen, fishing and beach within driving distance. Helpful hosts. Bring your beach accessories as none are provided and a tablet as there is one small smart tv in the living room, and no tvs in the bedrooms.
