The host was very responsive and kind. The property grounds were nice and the pool refreshing. The dog area outside was nice. The mosquitoes outside were horrid but thats no fault of the host of course. The property is pretty close to restaurants and the Rockport Beach. It was super windy but the beach was quaint, not very crowded and water nice. We were surprised several places that showed open on google were actually closed for business (who knows with COVID). We enjoyed breakfast at Our Family Kitchen on Saturday (closed Sundays) and JJs Cafe on Sunday and for dinner Paradise Keys. It was many years since wed been to Rockport but well be back. We definitely recommend the property. Great value for the money and host was great to work with.

This was our second time staying at one of Kellys properties in Rockport. This house was also comfortable and cute but not quite as clean as the last. Beer caps were scattered throughout the front yard, we found two very alive silverfish in the pots cabinet and silverware drawer and a dead cockroach in the bathroom. There were a few less amenities too in this house, Im assuming because of COVID concerns. No fly swatter and no extra bedding for the futon. Kelly did get us a new pack n play to borrow as we forgot ours and the one she had for guests was not available. That was greatly appreciated! She also stocked the bathrooms with plenty of towels which was helpful since this house did not have a washer or dryer.

Great place and you get what you paid for, pool is literally walking distance from all units, they are super responsive and are available at any time. Rockport Beach is not close but it's only an 8-10 min drive and about 30-40 min drive to Port Aransas beach.

We had a nice stay at Kelly's place and she was very responsive. The home was very clean and had everything you needed for a short stay. One recommendation would be that It would have been great to have another TV in one of the bedrooms or upstairs.. Also the community pool was green when we arrived, the following day it was blue but looked very cloudy (better maintenance from the community with the pool would be recommended).

We had a wonderful time! Very laid back and pleasant experience! I didnt know when I booked that it is essentially a complex of small cottages, but I loved every minute of it! Very nice atmosphere, community pool, and plenty of parking for all of us. Had a great time!

This stay is great for a family vacation or friend group. Our nephews enjoyed the pool and the adults had access to a BBQ pit on premises. Dog area has clean up bags and the grass is burr free for fluffy dogs. My family is interested in booking again!

Fantastic value, even comes with a foldout couch which I don't recall from the description and there's enough room to fit a queen inflatable without moving furniture. Honestly it's pretty plain Jane but that's less stuff for kids to break! Plus if you're coming to Rockport it's all well and good to stay in some super cool and fancy place but let's be honest: if you aren't staying within eyesight of the water then who cares as long as it's a nice, clean place? I get an AirBnB on the beach to stay there, I do it to get out and enjoy the coast, to me it's a place to crash that's all. Summary: bit plain, but spacious, clean and fantastic value. Will be staying here again.

The Green Sea Turtle Condo was perfect for our family of 5! The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal and has a dishwasher! There is a very efficient washing machine and dryer that came in handy as we stayed several days. The condo cools off quickly and we all slept comfortably. The pool is just across the driveway from the condo and we took full advantage of swimming between other adventures in the area. The condo is near Paradise Key which is a fantastic restaurant and also a place where guided fishing tours go out which was handy for us. In the evenings, our kiddos enjoyed watching Netflix and other shows available on the Smart TV. Internet works great! We highly recommend this place. Kelly and Aaron were excellent host and accommodated any request we had which we really appreciated! Highly Recommend!!!
