Affordable and clean, would consider returning. Also pet friendly, a huge plus!! Host was very quick to respond. Place was very clean inside, Beds comfy. Suggestions to make this five stars: -microwave - washer /dryer - more kitchen utensils like pizza pans etc and basic salt and pepper for cooking -soap (even generic or sample size) in the bathrooms would be nice -treat the front and back outside for fire ants -basic shade (umbrellas) around the pool would be a really nice touch

There IS a microwave! Super clean and communication with Kelly was awesome! She always answered her phone and was available if we needed anything at all. Pool is great, too. Bring bug spray, coffee and fixings! Be sure to put the Cart Store in your GPS. Cottages are right across the street. If you put in the given address, you'lll be lost!

Great place. It was actually more spacious than I expected. Nice and big enough for, four adults and a baby. Located between Port A and Rockport. Make sure to bring OFF when visiting the coastal area as mosquitoes are prevalent.

This was our first time using Airbnb, and we couldnt have been more happy with the house. It was very clean and felt like we were at home. The location was in the middle of Rockport and Corpus Christi, so having easy access to both was really great. Overall, we were beyond pleased with our stay!

This is the perfect location for just about anything that you could want to do in the area. We were there to fish and it was less than 10 minutes from our launch spot in Aransas Pass. We were then perfectly situated to go explore Rockport in the afternoon and evening. This house is large enough to really have two separate spaces - downstairs and upstairs.

Definitely enjoyed our stay. Short distance to Rockport Beach and more restaurant options. Community is very clean and quiet. We do recommend bringing some OFF spray which was also recommended by the host as well since there were mosquitos outside. Kelly even sent a list of recommended restaurants which was very welcomed since we hadn't been to Rockport in a long while. The place was much more roomier than we had expected. Very clean and tidy also! We would definitely love to stay again!

Such a cute home and little neighborhood stayed in #22 with our 2 children and 2 dogs , the house was clean and I loved the vibe the cute porch with the seats , the pool is so cute and fun , Kelly was always fast to respond, easy check in and check out . Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others . Only a 9 min drive from Rockport beach . Nice warm area .
