Beautiful cottages, when you rent expect to bring a few items which we did but these cottages ROCK! Beautiful floor plans, very nice, highly recommended!!!!

Cottage was as pictured. The host was very responsive to my needs during my stay. Due to recent rain and time of year the mosquitoes were a little too happy. I would recommend bringing mosquito spray. Great location and the on-site pool was nice.

Very clean and beautiful place!! The host was super helpful! I Just wish there was a washer & dryer! drench yourself in bug spray before you get out the car lol

The cottage we stayed at was so great. It was way more room than 2 people + a dog needed, but the space was great. It was very clean. I liked how the cottage was set up and the layout is ideal for larger families to stay in. Although Kelly did warn us about the mosquitos, we were not prepared to be attacked by them as we did. The parking spaces reserved for your own cottage is such a great option! I would recommend anyone to stay at these cottages and we cant wait to come back!

This place was nice and roomy. Pool is conveniently located, parking is close, and the house is clean. I do suggest package coffee mugs and some kitchen supplies because its lacking in that department. But other then that minor inconvenienc, we plan on staying there again.

This place was perfect! Super clean, plenty of space, easy of everything. It was under 10 mins to Rockport/ Fulton Beach and easy to navigate. There aren't a lot of place directly on the water in this area, but it was super easy to drive to a beach spot from here and less chaos than Port A!

This is our second time staying with Kelly, albeit a different cottage. The home was clean and well decorated. Great pool for the kiddos and good sized layout of the property and the home for our family stay. There was no washer/dryer in this unit, but Kelly provided us fresh towels if needed and information on the nearest washeteria. Overall great place, and would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location. House was perfect for what we needed. It was nice to relax in the pool in the evenings.

Great place to stay

This house was perfect, it was clean upon arrival and very spacious. This is the perfect home for a family vacation stay, its in a great location close to port Aransas beach. The house was also very cool, even with the humidity the AC worked great. The host is also very quick to respond, I needed towels and she replied to my message within minutes.

Great place to stay and pet friendly. We will be returning for our next trip to rockport/corpus christi!

Slow down a little before you turn in the driveway. You might miss the turn. Park, go in, and you immediately feel at home.

As a return customer, our stay was fantastic! Communication with host Kelly was extremely easy. She was very attentive to our needs. The place was very clean. The location was family friendly and pet friendly. I wish the location was a bit closer to Fulton beach but it was not too far away. I definitely recommend this location to everyone.

Great little community of houses. The pool was clean, everyone was nice in the area. It was quiet and clean. We loved our stay and will be returning.

Fantastic owner, excellent communication, great little spot. We loved the yard for our dogs, the respect other neighbors showed to each other and the curfew times. Owners were quick to respond with any questions and were kind and welcoming. Only tiny complaint is the water pressure in bathroom sink was low. Thats it. Otherwise a wonderful stay!!
