Cozy & cute cottage. Perfect for mom and 2 boys for a weekend getaway. Pool is across the street and local beach about 15 miles away. Mostly chains for food however a perfect option for a night or two if more than just 1 person.

Kellys place was so clean and tidy. Perfect for a pet friendly stay. Kelly is a fantastic communicator and always responded swiftly if there was a need.

Great place for a little getaway. The pool is perfect for little ones. We locked our key inside and our host was quick to give us the spare. All in all a great place to stay!

Good price for the location on a holiday weekend. The home was very clean and had plenty of space. If you are planning to cook any meals, plan to bring pots, pans, plates, cups, etc because what is available is limited to none.

Great location close enough to Rockport and Goose Island State Park. Just a ferry ride away from mustang island beaches. The community pool was nice to relax in as well! We had a great time with the big family and it was awesome having a third room to put the baby down in so she could sleep and the adults could stay up and play games. Nice and private in the back of the community with a cute little side yard.

Kelly was amazing! She was extremely personable and helpful. The stay was really nice. I definitely recommended staying here.

Great parking, cute cabin cat comes around, the pool was super nice and quiet. Quiet at night and cabin stays cool. Netflix was available and clean towels! This was our second stay! Thanks again.

Owner was very quick in responses and helpful to ensure an easy stay. We had zero issues and enjoyed our time bouncing between the pool or leaving for fishing trips.

The pictures definitely do not do this cottage justice, immaculately clean and super comfortable. It was the perfect vacation getaway for my husband, myself and my 2 grown children - plenty of room and it was awesome having a washer and dryer in the cottage. I highly recommend this location!

This was a great, cute little place to get away for the weekend. Close enough to enjoy Rockport or the beaches in Port Aransas but comfy enough to enjoy some time in as well

This property was clean and easy to access with basic amenities. We were allowed to check in a little early to accomodate our son's napping schedule which we really appreciated.

Super clean. Great community. Pool was refreshing. Very quick to respond when needed for lock issue. Would definitely stay again.

Jerrys place was super cute! Comfy beds and that is always a PLUS!!!!! A/C was on Point. Everything we needed was there and when I did have questions they were quick to respond! Great cottage

This place was amazing! 3 bedrooms, perfect for a small family. The kids loved the pool, and the place was super clean and very comfortable to stay. We will definitely be going back!!
