Kellys place is as described. The apartment was clean and a good value. You will need to bring your own laundry detergent and maybe a few extra towels. Kelly responded quickly to my questions. If you are looking for a clean and convenient place to stay this is it.

Clean place

We enjoyed our stay at Kelly's place! The location is out of town, but we were only a 5-10 minute drive of where we wanted to go. It's minimalistic and awesome. It's the perfect place to stay if you're like us: busy during the day and just needed a comfortable place to relax and unwind before getting to sleep. The washer and drier worked great, but you do need your own detergent. There's not a broom or mop, so we went and bought a cheap broom from Dollar General (2 minutes away) after we inevitably tracked sand in the house after we went to the beach two days in a row. The neighbors through the adjoining wall also played music all night (from 6 pm to 6 am), but we are hard sleepers, so it didn't bother us once we went to sleep. Overall, great price for a great stay. We felt incredibly safe and enjoyed our stay here.

Super cute cottage! A family of 7 comfortably can stay here. Very stylish and secure. There is a no loud noise rule by 9pm (respecting all residents) that is followed. Very well kept grounds and the beach is a quick ride away.

Pictures do not do this cottage justice! Super roomy and plenty of space for a family of 7! Amenities are great and only a quick drive to the beach. We enjoyed our stay here and cant wait to come back.

Kelly was an amazing host and was quick to help me with any issues I may have had. The place was wonderful!

Great location. Very clean and well kept unit and community. The highway is close so theres noise from that but its not that bad. We stayed for about 2 months due to a delay in closing on the house we bought in Rockport and it was great here!!

Great place to stay.

Super cozy and at home feeling!! Convenient cause a dollar store is like not even a mile up the road .... I loved watching the planes land and takeoff as I walked the dogs:) Nice and clean,, also Kellys hands down amazing,, easy to talk to and Respond fast :) well be staying again

All in all a great place to stay, good location and reasonably priced. Cosy Cottage!

uper cute place! Easy parking. Clean towels, coffee maker, WiFi and Netflix! Also, the local cats let us pet them. <3

Kelly was very prompt in responding to our questions. Neat little cottage, very quiet and perfect for a quick getaway to the coast for a single person or couple.

Kelly is a delightful host! Very easy going and very fair. Checkin and checkout was super easy. She was able to accomodate our reservation with about 12 hours notice which was amazing. Photos don't do this place justice! inside is spic n span with alot of thoughtful extras. Theres a nice little porch with a min pit and wood/charcoal to bbq. The sparkling pool was just a few steps away. beach, stores and restaurants were a short 10 minute drive. loved the fact that the beaches in Rockport were not overcrowded. You wont be disappointed with this wonderful property, I promise!

Great little place really enjoyed it

Ask if they have a seat for every person that has a place to sleep. Make sure you bring everything you need to cook with...salt,pepper,sugar...THEY have a few pots and pans and cookie sheets...shampoo,hairdryer and extra garbage bags you need to bring. BUT now that I know this.. I well bring these things for amore relaxing trip and not make 3 trips to HEB. BUT this place was just great..super clean and I would go back anytime I am down there..Ferry wasn't busy(short trip to get there) used the app. for wait time...we all enjoyed the trip and time together... Thank you Kelly Will give an A for your place.
